How to Install Spotifast on Windows – Step-by-Step Guide

Installing Spotifast on Windows takes about three minutes. Here's the full walkthrough, screen by screen.

Step 1: Download the Windows build

Head to spotifast.rocks/download and grab the Windows installer. It's a standard installer package — no Microsoft Store needed, no admin tricks.

Step 2: Run the installer

Double-click the downloaded file. Windows SmartScreen may pop up a warning because the app isn't from a big-name publisher — this is normal for independent open-source projects. Click "More info" then "Run anyway" if you're comfortable; the code is public on GitHub under crmne/spotifast if you want to verify what you're installing.

Step 3: Choose install options

The installer asks where to put the program (the default Program Files location is fine) and whether to add a desktop shortcut and Start menu entry. Say yes to both — you'll want quick access.

Step 4: Launch and log in

Open Spotifast. You'll get a Spotify login screen — this is Spotify's official authentication page, so your credentials go to Spotify directly, never to the app. Log in with the Spotify account that has your Premium subscription.
